Place is great! After new ownership the driftwood is better than ever! I would recommend it to anyone in the area. It's off the beaten path but with views of the river, people on boats of all kinds, great food, good drinks, and good staff. Will continue to go back with the wife and friends.
Food was WAY better with the new owner than it was before! The waitress, I forgot her name, was awesome. She was right there with drink refills and taking dirty dishes away. She was very attentive without bothering you. They had live music also. A guy playing his guitar and singing. He was really good. I will definitely be going back.
This place is well worth the drive. You might think it's a dump place but it was great. The food is amazing and the staff is so friendly. I highly recommend giving this place your business. It's on the river and has really nice views.
The BEST food!! You absolutely get your money’s worth and more here. The weekly specials are fantastic and the view is incredible
Small steak house on the Missouri River with absolutely great steaks. The wedge salad is huge and could be a meal in itself. I had the 8 ounce filet and it was very tender, very tasty and cooked perfectly. Service was excellent even tho the waiter had a Michigan shirt on. Full bar of course with generous pours. I highly recommend the short trip north of Blair to visit this gem.
Good food. Kid had the 12oz ribeye, she said it was fatty and gristly. Wife had the 6oz petite filet, it looked more like a 12oz and she said it was perfect. I had the walleye and it was delicious, However when I cut into the tomatoes in my salad they looked rotten.
The service here is amazing! The food here is the best thing you will put in your mouth!! !! Miss Lois is THE BEST!!
